Vaseline isn't going to help. it's a sealant not a moisturizer. at best it will offer temporary relief, but it will in no way solve the problem.
I've heard girls swear by the aquaphor lip therapy. you could also use coconut oil. as for chapstick, I use either blistex or nivea.

This more of a home remedy. Use honey pure honey though and let it sit in your lips for a while helped me :)

Thanks! Eos don't work for me. They work for about 20 minutes and then actually dry out my lips.

For lips that are bleeding they are so dry you really need a medicated lip balm I suggest ether the blistex one (my personal fave) or the aquaphor lip therapy :) hope this helps

Apply some EOS lip balm and then apply a thin layer of Vaseline :3.

Nivea, Soft Lips, and the body shop lip butters work well. along with the mint eos. that one seems to moisturize more than the other ones. :)

I uad the exact same problem for about 10 years...
BUT then I decided I would treat it ;)
After months of trying new things and stuff I came with the easiest, most inexpensive and best working remedie EVER!
1) scrub your lips 1/2 a week (depends on if your lips are extremely dry ir just a little dry). You can make a lipscrub yourself by adding 1ts suger to a bowl with 1ts olive oil.
2) DON't PEEL ON YOUR WOUNDS!! I always used to do that and My lips are full of scars which I am trying to fade now...
3) lipbalm. EOS or cowshed will do the trick.DO NEVER EVER EVER EVER APPLY BABYLIPS OR LIPSMACKER AS THEY WILL DRY OUT YOUR LIPS EVEN MORE!
I prefer cowshed because it works like a billion times better then EOS. But EOS will do the trick.
4) do not lick you lips, not even when they are dry. Trust me.
5)repeat all this! And make sure you apply between 5 and 8 layers of lipbalm a day (EOS) or 1-3 (cowshed).
NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER PEEL ON YOUR LIPS! I just said this again to make it extra sure. I REGRET IT SO SO SO MUCH! Don't make my mistakes, learn from them.

I swear by burts bees

Burts bees are really helpful but they are so expensive! Another idea is to make your own burts bees!
