So this is not the best picture and does the look no justice but this is what I did for my interview today :

UD Roach pencil as base
UD electric palette fringe all over lid
Sugarpill 2am in crease
UD EP Chaos on outer lid
MAC Swiss Chocolate and Sugarpill bulletproof in outer v
UD EP Revolt in inner corner

MAC Plum Liner
Charlotte Tilbury Penelope Pink lipstick

I had a group interview at the JCP Sephora and it was a lot of fun, very different and unorthodox process. I'm not sure how a group interview at a freestanding Sephora goes though.

I think you should just do what you like, as long as its within makeup "standards" show off your artistry and you should be fine. Btw I work at sephora.
