I'm about to wash my hair, and no matter how cold the water is, I still lose a lot of colour in the shower. Is there any way I could mix a few drops of my Manic Panic dye in with muly shampoo to help replace lost colour, or is it a waste of dye? Thanks!!

Like they said, mix it with conditioner to freshen up color. or just re dye your hair, no harm since it doesn't damage hair :)

Yeah, it's mainly my roots that fade like crazy, I have to touch them up with dye every two weeks to keep it looking fresh ;)

Definitely conditioner since shampoo has ingredients to wash or strip away dirt and stuff. It's good if you just want a wash of color but if you want it to actually replace color then add it to conditioner

Just another suggestion;
What I do to keep colours vibrant is buy a spray bottle and I fill it with water and add a few drops of the dye and shake it up. Whenever I notice it isn't as bright or it's fading I just spray it in my hair and leave it for a few hours and rinse it out. Just saves having to use more dye then you would adding it to your conditioner because the conditioner will dilute the dye to a lighter shade.
