Don't shampoo as often, it is really harsh on your hair, also I you can use an overnight conditioner that wash off in the morning, hot oil products, try to brush your hair LESS! Do not use hot tools, and the oddest one I heard putting an egg in your hair helps it shine! I know it sounds weird but it does work

you can find extra virgin coconut oil at a health food store and possibly your regular grocery store, its also available online. Its solid when you get it, but it heats up and melts in your hand-pretty cool
there are a ton of brands that sell argan oil. I have argan oil from "one n'only" and it probably cost me about $10 and i've ha the same bottle (with almost daily use) for a year and a half. You can find an argan oil at the drug store, I found mine at Sally's, and of course, the internet

Only shampoo it twice a week. I've been blonde for 2 years now. I've worked in salons and the number one mistake people with dry or damaged hair make is shampooing too often.

If your leave in conditioner doesn't make your hair feel good, just ditch it. Trying to eliminate as many hair washings as you can and using more natural remedies on your hair will probably start making your hair feel much better in no time.

I actually have a similar problem to you with the dry hair, but I try to wash my hair no more than 3 times a week and it has helped! I will actually use the argan oil (sparingly!) on my dry hair on days when I don't wash my hair. I just rub a super tiny bit between my hands and run that through my dry hair ends (and repeat if I need to). That makes it so much softer and less frizzy, it almost feels better than when my hair is freshly washed!

A lot of brands make it but I use Argan Oil by a brand called "One N Only," and I bought it at Sally's Beauty Supply. You can definitely find some at Sally's, online and even at CVS or your local drug store(I don't know what brands they carry but they should sell some!)

a caveat to using egg in hair is to make sure you rinse out with very lukewarm water! sorry if I'm teaching you to suck eggs (pun totally intended) but just thought it was worth stating for any gals thinking about trying it and don't want a head full of scrambled eggs!

sarah do I use the whole egg and just crack it and put it in my hair? lol Or mixed it in a bowl?.

Olive oil mixed with an egg works wonders. Just remember to rinse with cold water, or you'll end up with scrambled eggs in your hair.
