Target! I find all my good ones there! Also , I suggest going thrifting and making your own like I did, custom fit! It's so fun, and you can find flattering jeans and turn them into flattering shorts for a very low price! Mine were 2,3,5,6 dollars for each pair! I have four that I've made!

Delia's has great shorts that you can order in different lengths and stuff online. They have tons of sizes I think like 00-18 so everyone can find something that fits well
