Gently rub Aquaphor or petroleum jelly on the area to soothe it.
Try not to blow you'are nose so much, try a formula of sea salt water at the drugstore to spray in your nose that will unclog it for a while so the product you apply to the irritated areas of your nose will be given the time to take effect :)

I use lip balm on my nose when that happens. Vallerie has some great suggestions! Mine is, just keep reapplying it after you blow your nose, when you really need to!

I used rose salve on my dry/ raw nose from blowing it so much when I was sick. It helped me. :)
