Oh my goodness
So today I went paint balling with some friends and as expected I have bruises all over my arms and legs. I have a formal dance on Wednesday at a country club.
Any ideas on how to decrease bruising quickly?
Thank you, any help would be appreciated
(I guess I exaggerated in the title...)

I think icing the bruises and letting them rest is the best thing you can do.

Ice the area. Putting something cold on the bruise will reduce swelling and help it heal more quickly. Do this as soon as possible, and you can stop the bruise from spreading so far.
Gently massage the bruise and surrounding area. Do this several times a day beginning the day after the bruising occurs. This will help your body's normal lymphatic process to clear it away.
Hope this helps :)!

Bruises are broken blood vessels. Nothing to do with the lymphatic system.

If you still have visible bruises get some Kat Von D Lock It tattoo concealer. Its amazing on bruises, you won't be able to see any of them, I use it whenever I need to cover one up😉👍

I love paintball! However the ladies are right, you can ice to decrease swelling, but the bruises won't heal that fast, you'll have to cover them.

Orange concealer will neutralize blue tones, yellow based concealer will neutralize purple. Dab that on them and go over with foundation that matches your skin tone.
