Ok so I'm sick and it's a combo of a cold and flu so I have to blow my nose like every 5 minutes. So the skin around my nose is getting really raw. Is there any thing I can do? Thanks!!

Buy a sea salt water formula to spray in your nose to unclog it for a while so that the products you apply to the irritated area on your nose have the time to take effect :)

Make sure that your using soft tissues, as I know, that can cause trouble (no kitchen roll!) and coat it with medicated cream, I'm not sure whether moisteriser would do anything, but defo reccomend medicated cream, maybe even Vaseline too :] hope this helps and hope you get well soon! ;]
