I kinda have to fill in my eyebrows because they're blonde and you can't see them unless I fill them in, it looks terrible 😂 Right now I'm just using a brown eyeliner

You can apply primer to your eyebrows prior to filling them in! It really gives the brows staying power.

Dipbrow is waterproof. also maybe fill them in with a matte eye shadow and set it with a waterproof gel

Makeup forever aqua brow is meant to last through water. Hence the name, aqua brow. It's great! Lol.
