Also, maybe a different foundation would work better with your skin type.

My nose was once even so, it comes from permanent makeup and dry skin. you could get your nose with a wet sponge to clean. Maybe it will help.

Try switching to a more matte foundation.

Could be caused by dry or dehydrated skin maybe I'm not sure. Mine does do this when I use a concealer or foundation that is too drying for my skin even when I use moisturizer and primer. You could maybe use a thicker moisturizer on your nose and it might possible help.

My nose does that too, all the time. I find it gets better if I apply more thick amount of moisturizer on my nose at night. and make sure to not pick at it or touch my nose at all! people always notice it on me and hate it but if I do those things I just said its not as noticeable:) I also use the 3 in 1 but could be different on your skin.

I have this too!! Ugh.

I had this EXACT problem. I would have the same issues over my whole T-zone and on my chin and cheek bones. I ended up revamping my entire method of skincare and changed the products I was using. I started using the clinique Dramatically Different moisturizer (it's yellow) and bought a hydrating primer and I never have this issue anymore. I also exfoliate daily and (like I said) put a lot more effort into my skincare routines.

Mine does this too :/ I've even gone to a doctor for it because it's been like this for many months and it's super red!

I think it may be the foundation. I used it before this happened and it's sort of cleared up now that I've switched. Try switching your foundation!

Mine does this too with everything but bareMinerals powder foundation. I have to layer it a lot, tho. I kind of just deal with it now.

I agree with lynzie & laura ; use a thicker moisturizer.

I agree with what everyone is saying! Also 3-1 did this to me! I use loreal true match now and don't have the problem!

Use a thick moisturizer like 20 mins before you apply and I would suggest using a hydrating primer

Algenist cream alternated with CeraVe and Sweet Almond Oil saved my nose..seriously. I agree that the skin is dry and powder will make it worse. Try jojoba oil or Argan Oil and a thick, creamy moisturizer. A hydrating primer works wonders and I'd hold off on powder for a bit and exfoliate. Philosophy's Microdelivery Wash is very gentle, exfoliates and does not dry me out. I use it 3 nights a week...and CeraVe or Purity for my other washes. You may want to avoid brush application as well. It stirs up flakes when you're running dry.

My nose does this too with every foundation I use and it's literally what takes the longest fixing in my makeup routine but it's dry skin in my case, even when I moisturise and prime there are days that doesn't do the job, I just switched to a better powder :)
