This is exactly how my hair is! I asked for a medium length hair cut with layers and bangs that end at about the bottom of my chin. But I also showed the hairstylist a picture just like this one and she knew exactly what to do. I curl mine like this every day, and I use a flat iron to just flip it out. Favorite hairstyle.

Yep layers and bangs is the trick along with flipping the straightener upward like Jesse T said. Then a ombré color selection for the hair color it looks like.
