It takes time to notice the damage certain things cause. also, they could have been doing more unhealthy things to speed up the process of seeing the damage than you. either way, people can do whatever they want. I don't really care. I'm just trying to help whoever I can.

I love the conditioner. I looked at the ingredients and I don't remember seeing any sulfate's. The shampoo also isn't bad if used occassionally (3 times a week).

I used to use it on occasion... I have very weak hair, but the shampoo didn't really hurt it. I used the product three times a week, and the special shampoo I had been given from my hairdresser the other days (like she recommended). I think if you are going to use it that is the best course of action. I can see how using it everyday could be damaging and drying.

Idk all of the science about it.. But ill share my experience. At first, it made my hair super soft and shiny. It felt light and fluffy which I loved. After a couple of weeks I noticed that it made my hair really weighed down and oily so that I couldnt even go a day between washes. I eventually switched off of it. However if it works for you, keep trying it. Just if you notice any damage or anything, it may not work for you.
