I've been thinking of getting a monthly subscription of a makeup/beauty box what do you recommend that will be the most beneficial as well as worth the money that you spend? I love makeup and skin products. Hair would be last on my list but I like it too. Please help me choose! Thank you.

My favorite is Ipsy. For $10/month you get 4-5 travel or full-size products that come in a makeup bag. You can customize what you get through a quiz that they have you take when you sign up, so you can indicate that you don't want hair products. The brands vary from drugstore to specialty, I've gotten products from Urban Decay to Pixi. If you're looking for more high-end, Glossybox is $21/month and you get brands such as Ciate and Ole Henriksen. I haven't tried Glossybox myself but I've heard great things. Hope this helps!

Boxycharm!! it's $21 instead of $10 like ipsy or birchbox (btw birch is MUCH better than ipsy out of the two) but with Boxycharm everything you get is FULL SIZE and it's high quality products. check youtube, that's what helped me choose :)

I have had birchbox for Nine months and I'm thinking of canceling or putting it on hold because I can't use everything so fast! What I have used, 80% has been great! I went on ipsy's website recently and was intrigued but I won't make the commitment and I don't need a new makeup bag every month. With all of the boxes I know of, though, you take quizzes to determine what your style is and what your interests are. For example, I have thick, pretty curly, color treated hair and I know what works for me so I don't need tons of hair stuff. I also skip nail polish (but keep a fresh pedi always), so I don't love the fancy nail stuff. But, skin care, fragrance, and makeup? Bring it on! Birchbox has been good about keeping my preferences in mind and they usually throw in a snack or a fun extra like a candle. It's worth $10 a month. Good luck!
