I also use neutrogena and it is pretty good but there's no such thing as a waterproof sunscreen. The get the best protection you can you should apply a board spectrum sunscreen every 2 hours if you've been in the water or working up a sweat.

I recently bought this: Hawaiian Tropic FACE protective sun lotion spf 30. Is such a good option for me (combo skin), it is light, a pump covers all my face and neck :)

I really like the Up&Up (Target house brand) Sport spray sunscreen. I used SPF 70 for my last archaeology dig and it definitely worked. I reapplied twice a day (every three hours) and it stayed put through sweat, dirt, wind, ocean spray, and occasionally rain. I used it on my whole body including my face, but that's because I didn't have a skincare routine during those months (working ten hour days in the dirt, bathing once a week, and living in a tent is not conducive to good skin lol). I would perhaps use the spray on the body and a different one for face, since you probably have nice skin and want to keep it that way. ;)
