So currently I've been using Benefit They're Real! mascara in a sample tube. Everytime I wash it off (Very GENTLY with a Neutrogena face cleansing wipe) it always pulls a couple lashes out. Does anyone know why or have suggestions for another mascara?

I have a suggestion for taking it off: apply some sort of oil or liquid makeup remover to your eyes with a cotton pad for about 30 seconds, and then wipe it away. Holding the remover there for an extended time will help break down the mascara and leave your lashes intact :) makeup wipes usually have the effect of pulling lashes, because no matter how gently you rub, you're still rubbing. I personally really like the Urban Decay Meltdown Makeup Remover; it's a cream formula, and I just apply it to my eyes with my fingers, then gently rub it in. It breaks everything down, and it never makes my eyelashes fall out or makes my lids feel dry. It's really great, and gets absolutely everything off.

Oh, and I do have a mascara recommendation, if you're interested :)

Use coconut oil as the oil for what Hannah said. It is inexpensive and can be used in so many other uses so if you don't like it you can still use it :)
Also even if you do like it it's good for making your lashes grow and hair growth so you can use it as a hair mask.

My mascara of choice is the Per-fekt Lash Perfection Gel. It's absolutely lovely. It has a nice, skinny wand that's great for separating and lengthening lashes, it's super black, and has a nourishing formula, so it's not bad for your lashes like most other mascaras.

Using a eye makeup remover, wipe under and above the lashes, without pulling! And it's not the mascara pulling out your lashes, it's because your pulling your lashes when you remove your mascara!
