I know this is going to sound so dumb but UGH
I spend so much money making sure I buy proper beauty products to improve my skin, I eat what I'm supposed to eat, and I have strict skincare routines that I never ever skip.
Yet my skin is an utter disaster.
But you know who has perfect skin? My boyfriend.
He doesn't know what moisturizing means, he washes his face with shower gel for christs sake yet his skin is flawless, there is not ONE pore in sight, NO oil in excess, PERFECT complexion and in over a year that we've been living together he had ONE pimple ONCE. GHFDJSGHKFDSJGHKSDF
It just makes me soo crazy.
Ok I'm done now sorry.

Lol yeah! I feel ya! I hate to be THAT ONE person who says "everybody's skin is different," but it's true. Haha everyone has different genes and skin traits and most likely it will get less oily as you age lol but I definitely feel ya on this girl.

You might have hormonal acne, it's kind of hard to control those types of breakouts.

Sometimes hormonal imbalances are what causes acne. no amount of cleansing & acne products can clear that up :c I would maybe talk to your doctor about it & see if your skin problems are possibly being caused by hormones.

I feel the same way with my boyfriend lol... Have you tried investing in a clarisonic? All of the cleansers and serums in the world havent helped my skin like this tool has. I also swear by lush brand toners. They help to balance your skin after cleansing :)

Awww! I definitely understand... My best friend doesn't have a skin care routine.. He does like your boyfriend, and he has a perfect skin too :@!!
I'm starting to get rid of acne, and I'm using grapefruit seeds' oil on my pimples at night and I have seen a great improvement. They usually go away in two days (sometimes less than two days). I have a pimple on my forehead since yesterday (yeah, you know? the most sexiest and discreet pimple eveeer! -.-), it's a tiny one so I'm "lucky" but I've started to put grapefruit seeds' oil on it since yesterday evening and it's already getting smaller! :)

Oh god! I thought I was the only one who thought my boyfriends flawless everything is unfair >.< Seriously, he even wakes up with perfect hair and obviously I haven't seen a pimple on him all 3 years I've known him. :'( Am I just dating him because I aspire to have such aesthetic perfection? ;p just kidding! Loll OMGGG that is exactly what I think because my boyfriend has perfect skin also!! when I said I was going to the bathroom to go wash my face he said "who washes their face?" I'm like are you serious right now. he says when you take a shower just put your face under the water" -.- and this guy has no pimples or breakouts ever and his skin is so soft and smooth. its sucks.

Oh stop. I know how you feel girl :( Especially when my boyfriend just looks at me while I'm doing my routine and goes "why do you put all that gunk on your face".
The one time I caught him moisturizing was last August when he rubbed WINTER CREAM on his face!
