These soaps are my HG<3 Their a Mexican product that I get by my house(I live in Tijuana :) for 25pesos/$2.10Usd, cheap yet effective :) I've never tried the Neutro though (Combo skin I always use things that target acne) I've used Tea tree/now called Herbal, Azufre/Sulfur, Arnica/Sunflower extract, The matte one and some others I can't remember right now, they have a lot of different extracts to pick from so there's something for everybody.
Idk about the one you got but the Tea tree/Herbal is extremely drying as well, just putting that out there :) Also if anyone's interested I've seen these @ CVS, they only carry about 3-4 different types though, not the whole line.
@Liz: I also get small breakouts now and then, and these work for me :) Try to get your hands on some of the different ones so that you can see which is best for you.

I've tried the blue soap and it was actually pretty nice. It wasn't too drying for my skin and I have dry skin. I didn't see a significant difference in my skin by using it. but it wasn't bad either.
