Or you can highlight and use the banana powder to set it. That's what I do.

I am obsessed with highlighting. If I want an intense highlight I use nyx jumbo eye pencil in Milk (it works on my extremely pale skin). Otherwise daily I always highlight with Mary-Loumanizer. I guess I just prefer it to powders maybe?

The Banana Powder is a setting powder, it just has color in it.
Banana is actually the shade and meant for tan/dark complexions. The Cameo Powder however, is better for lighter skin tones that want a highlight!
