Any oil based products will take off the waterproof better. Coconut oil would probably work well.

The Boscia Make Up Break Up Cleansing Oil is like...magic. It's amazing. 2 minutes of massaging your face and poof! All your makeup is gone. Be warned though, it has menthol in it, so if you have sensitive eyes it may sting them a little.
