I would do coconut oil treatments! The coconut oil have so many (scientific proven) benefits for your hair, its easy and pretty cheap! Warm up about a tea spoon in your hands and aply it all over your hair, use as many tea spoons it takes so cover your hair whiteout soaking it... leave it for 1-3 hours or over night if you want to... do this once a week. It saved my hair after being platinum blond!

Oh and you can put a tiny tiny bit in your hair as a leave in :) Wait until your hair is dry and warm tiny bit in your hand - less than a pea size - and run it in the length of your hair! But be careful if you use to much it will feel greasy!

When I had my hair bleached by cheap products at the salon it ruined my black hair (and it was not virgin hair at all but this salon just sucked) and the only way I got rid of it was growing it out and cutting out all the blonde - once the damage has been done there is no way to reverse it unfortunately - you just have to cut the hair out :T it took me a long time but after getting it all out I used the Paul Mitchell moisture line to get my hair back to it's former glory - now I can color it again n straighten with no worries using PM products to protect it between cuts n now I can go 6+ months before I see any split ends and I'm so grateful for those products they saved my hair.

Yes Diana is right, coconut oil will not cure the damage, but it will help it so that you don't have to cut it all of...

I don't know how bad the damage is, if its totally ruined then yes you have to cut it, if its just terrible dry the coconut oil can help a lot.

Personally and professionally, when it comes to a line, I'm all about Alterna. Check out their caviar line. Everything in it is amazing. The overnight repair mask is the best though. I recently went very blond compared to what I was, and I use it all the time and it's helped so much. I even put a small dab of it in just as a styling cream. I worked in a salon once with the Redken shots. I know everyone feels different about Redken, but I wasn't huge on them. Doesn't mean they might not work for you though, Anything is worth the try! But they are a salon only treatment.
If you want something at home, once again simply because I love Alterna, they have have a protein cream in their Caviar line that is fantastic! You put a small amount through your ends and it stays in your hair. I'd use it for a little while right now since you just did it to your hair. But like Tiana said, too much protein can be bad. So don't use it for a couple months and then buy more and wind up using it many months.
