Just tried RoC??SOLEIL PROTEXION+ FACE?
Mattifying Quenching Fluid SPF 30 and its pretty good. Not oily and Hawaiian tropic makes some nice one in spray for the body :)

Celaphil has a really good one that I been using for about a 3 weeks now, very matte and it's SPF 50.
