I started to notice little flesh colored bumps on my forehead. They get really itchy and annoying and they won't go away. I noticed them a few days ago and they weren't itchy, then two days ago my face got a little sunburnt from being outside with no SPF. I started to cover them up with a BB cream but they peak through just a little. What are they and how can I get rid of them??

I wouldn't worry, it sounds like milia, and the itching is just from the burn healing :) if it's still itching when the burn is completely gone then go to a gp but it sounds fairly innocent to me :)

When the burn is completely gone try using a face mask or an exfoliator

I get it when transitioning from winter into spring, with the first sunny days. I asked my dermatologist for something to treat it, and he gave me a soothing lotion, but unfortunately it's only available in Italy and Germany, it's called Ceramol Beta. Marigold is very effective and soothing, maybe look up products that are marigold based. I'd say avoid scratching and don't put makeup on it unless it's really allergen-free. Also any kind of perfume could irritate it, so perfumed lotions (even natural) are going to make the healing process longer. It'll pass but you need to take care of it, and wear a good sunscreen too :-)
Ps: this applies only if it's what I had, obviously, but everything I suggested is good for very sensitive skin types.
