I wear a G, and I get mine online from herroom.com, Nordstrom or Saks. Bras are worth spending money on, in my opinion.

How to you measure yourself for your correct bra size? I usually get measured at VS but everytime I go in it's some one different doing the measurement and the size changes each time and here's where the problem is -my weight does not fluctuate, so it's impossible for the size to be constantly changing! It's not just the cup size that changes either it's the band size too. I get so frustrated! I end up just trying on a bunch of different sizes and whatever looks and feels the most comfortable I go with but I'd like to actually know! Plus I've been reading a lot about how VS is horrible for bra sizing and that in all actuality there bras aren't that great.

LANE Bryant! And Nicole is right. Vs is terrible for bra sizes. Also look for speciality lingerie and bra shops in your area.

I used a blog post to get my measurement...VS has always gotten my size wrong because they fit you to fit in the sizes they carry! never accurate which is annoying

Fredericksburg has them..actually a DDD is equivalent to an F. That's the size I wear. You can also find them at Nordstrom and Cacique or Lane Bryant.

Victoria's Secret ONLY measures you to fit into their bras. I have done extensive research and virtually ever brand measures you to do so. Measuring yourself is the best way to get a turkey accurate measurement, as long as you use the right formula. Measure under your bust, then lean over and measure your over bust with either a sports bra or no bra, and take the bust measurement and subtract the band measurement. For example 38 (bust) minus 27 (under bust directly under breasts around your rib cage) and the answer is eleven. Every inch is a cup size. The example size would be 32GG or H, I believe. Anyways, that is how to ensure how to get your get your correct bra size. Over 89% of women in America wear the wrong bra size. Hope I could help. Also google it, you can order off of amazon cheaper bras, so you don't have to spend an arm and a leg. I am currently wearing the wrong size because I don't have the money flow to buy the right ones! The struggle is real.

Herroom.com is awesome. I have purchased several bras from there (36d) and they all fit perfectly. they have a great quiz that will give you very helpful style recommendation as well as specific bras. good luck!

Technically your bra size does fluctuate independently of your weight. Gravity, hormones, and other factors affect your size in addition to fitness. You should, in an ideal world, get refitted every six months to a year. Here are some tips to finding a great fit and making it last.
A quick note about multiple hooks: always start wearing a bra on the widest hook. The others are there so that you can tighten as the bra stretches over time, so that your band size will stay accurate.
A bra should fit with the band sitting firmly and horizontally across your back. If it arches upward, you need to go down a band size (or more than one size).
Cups should be smooth and sit flush to the skin. If they bow outward, the cup is too large. Go down a size or add padding. If they are making the dreaded quadroboob, go up a size. Always try on a bra with a shirt so you can see how the fit and shape looks. Sometimes a bra that looks great by itself gives a very odd shape under a shirt.
Underwires should be flush to the skin. If the bow outward in the middle (doesn't touch your breastbone and forms a gap) you need to go up a cup size. They should also not rub your skin or your underarms (try a different cup size or fit style).
If your boobs fall out of your bra when moving, try a different fit style. A fuller coverage or tee shirt bra can help. Balconettes and demis tend to make it worse.
"One size fits all" very rarely fits all. This is especially true of sports bras. Sports bras that don't offer specific sizes do not support the breasts but rather try to bind them in place. This makes exercise uncomfortable, can lead to soreness, and looks awful (flat pancake uniboob).
Band size is critical when choosing a strapless bra. Because there are no straps to work in tandem with the band, the band has to act as the main support. A properly fitted strapless bra should sit firmly in place and not slide, twist, or fall. It you have to yank up your bra all night, the band is too large.
Don't wash bras in a washing machine if you can help it. If you don't have the time to hand wash all of them, use a lingerie bag or a bra cage in the washer and wash on delicate/hand wash settings. This will help prevent stretching, snagging, deformation, bent wires, etc. Do not try them in a dryer. Hang or lay flat to dry.
As for retailers, I really like Frederick's of Hollywood. They carry a variety of styles and sizes (and most importantly we aren't stuck with ugly granny bras). Other great retailers include Panache, Soma, Lane Bryant, and Freya.
Hope this helps! Having big bazoombas can be a real pain in the neck (and back, and shoulders...).
