*wear parel earrings or diamont earrings, just cute earings ;)...
*wear accesoires
*make different?rent hairmodels like curly, wavy, braids, half-up, bows,...
And wear lipgloss and bluqh :)

Try using less black eye makeup, and use brown eyeliner on the bottom. Also, try a pink lipstick for starters, and if you like that, go for red! Try this lip stain by Revlon, called Just Bitten. It's a stain, it goes on like a marker, and it does not come off or smear. I have the colors Desire and Frenzy, and I love them. :) I'm a new girly girl too, so I know where you're coming from, lol

Also, fitted jeans, fitted or trendy tops, less sneakers, and try flats or cute pumps, even with jeans. Earrings are also good, studs or dangles. I like Claire's and Icing bc it's cheap and does the job. :)

You don't even have to be blonde to be girly. Lighten up on the eyeliner, only a thin line or none. Some nude liner on the bottom waterline to give the appearance of bigger and more open eyes. I was of a shimmery pink on the lid with a soft brown in the crease, some colorful lipstick and just change up your style. You can still rock jeans and sneakers and be girly too.
