Does apple cider vinegar work as toner? and do you just use it straight out of the bottle or dilute iy?

Definitely patch test first, people with sensitive skin could get burnt easily even with diluted apple cider vinegar.

I recommend that you make sure that it is organic, unrefined, with the mother.
Alot of filtered ACV is just vinegar with coloring added to it.
It needs to be diluted or it will be too much for your skin. I use it as well :)
