Personally I love the Origins Zero Oil toner. It's very gentle, and I like that it's not cooling or tingling (those things simply mean your skin is irritated).

If you have aging concerns then I recomend Dermalogica Antioxidant hydra mist great in the summer left in the fridge mist mid day to freshen up

To be honest toners are just used to get off residue from a cleanser but the majority of cleansers rinse off easier. I personally don't use toner at all.

I don't know what to recommend but I know that Lush Tea Tree Toner made me broke out like CRAZYYYYY so I recommend to NOT buy it.

I use the generic witch hazel by target.. It does have alcohol but I don't use it every time I take my makeup off.
