I would suggest just using a good moisturizer often. Maybe just use it on your hands before and after you climb. This should help!

Try applying an ointment to help with cuts or apply aloe vera, aloe vera soothes cut and burns.

A hand scrub and nice moisturizer probably once or twice a week will make them soft a suttle😊

Wear gloves and use working hands. My dad does work in trees a lot and has some problems similar.
