I would go with simple mascara and eyeliner with a dot of white on the inner corners for highlighting. If you really want eye shadow I would go with neutral, matte colors because sparkly ones don't look good with flash.

At my ballet school we aren't allowed to wear eyeshadow but if you really want to go super natural. And just regular eyeliner fake lashes blush and lipstick.
