I just realized that I think I am using the wrong color concealer. I have redness under my eyes. That's supposed to be combatted with green right? Right now I'm using Rimmel Match Perfection, which I think is very yellowy.
What are your suggestions? :)

Thank you! :) I read a lot online about the physicians formula one. Do you know if that one is good? I wanna try the NYX one cuz I love them, but they're a bit harder to get where I live. Thought I'd try the other first maybe.

I've used thin on my cousin who has redness on her cheeks and forehead. I just get my flat foundation brush and pump a bit of product onto the back of my hand and with light strokes I apply it to the areas where the redness is at. Only there lol. After that I let it set for 15 min while I finish her eye makeup and then apply foundation
Very great and inexpensive makeup product. I actually have it in my kit. It's a bit runny but you can work with it. The color of the product looks like Maleficent's face color, the cartoon. But it's very sheer once it's on. Give it a try

Honestly I never buy a separate corrector. I usually just use like an eyeshadow or lipstick like Lime Crime mint to be and mix it with my favorite concealer. A lot of times the correctors have horrible formulas or aren't green enough and I'll have to add more color for it to work and etc

I actually agree with Aurora. I use a orangy/red lipstick for my spots. But that green primer is great.

Diggie, I might try that one! I didn't think of using a primer. So if I used that I under my concealer I could still use the same concealer I'm using now... Thank you so much :)
Aurora, I'm kinda confused a to the difference between a color corrector and a concealer that has a certain tint to it. Because the products I was looking up actually said concealer, but they were a green concealer. Is that still a color corrector? It's so confusing.
Nevertheless I think I'm going to walk up to the store today and pick up that L'Oreal primer and maybe the physicians formula thing. Just to try them both out.

Green concealer is a color corrector. Color corrector is concealer that's a color used for correcting certain unwanted tones. There are concealers aka color correctors that are green, red, yellow, salmon, purple, they're each for a certain issue. Like if you just put concealer over a guys upper lip and he has a but of that darkness then it'll look a little grey/green and so to make it the same color as the rest of the face you'd need to use the opposite color on the color wheel to neutralize that green tone by using a red color corrector.
If you have purple toned darkness from broken capillaries and such then you'd use a yellow concealer/color corrector to neutralize the purple. You use the color corrector and then regular concealer on top or else it'll just look like you have yellow under your eyes. If that makes sense?

That makes perfect sense! Thank you!
