It's been only two weeks, isn't treatment 20 weeks? It will get worse before better. Your dermatologist must have mentioned this. Patience is key. My son had one 20 week treatment,so I remember. Fluids are your friend; drinks lots! Anything gel, has increased alcohol in it. Cera Ve maybe at night instead. Cera Ve cleanser too,maybe, best my son used. I trust you have monthly blood tests for liver function,aka SMAK panel. I believe this is mandatory though. You'll do great. Best wishes, I've seen first hand the wonders and great results for clear skin on my son and nephew. Be very vigilant on skincare routine and blood tests. You'll thank yourself. Best thoughts :)

It gets worse before it gets better! My friend was on accutane and she had symptoms very similar to yours and now her skin is acne free and looks a million times better than when she started!
