Makeup for small eyes?

Hey guys

One thing at first, I'm dutch and not really good in englisch 😁😁😁

I have small (blue) eyes and it is really hard to use makeup on them. I really want but I can't. 'Cause I have no idea how to do.
Does somebody has any tips??

Put white eyeliner on your lower waterline :)

Use either a white or silver eyeliner on your lower waterline it will make them look more open I would recommend the nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk or the or use the cover girl liquilinee in spark

But also just putting white eyeliner in the water line and highlight your inner corner would make a big difference

Stay away from dark eyeliner colors. Pastels and cool colors are your friend
