I take Super Biotin which is a vitamin supliment but you can over draw them till they grow out if you pluck them. Brows tend to grow long unless you trim them and tweeze them. promakeuptutorials.com/natural-eyebrow-makeup/ is a good tutorial for compensating for what you don't have yet. <3

Woah be careful using peppermint or lavender around your eyes!! I deal with pure essential oils everyday and they're very strong and dangerous around eyes.

Massage a bit of castor oil in every night

Vitamin E oil massage with a cotton swab 3-4 times a day and don't wash off ... The lady that threads my eyebrows told me in order to get a fuller eyebrow. Haven't had a chance to try though
