How should I cut my my hair?

I want to cut my hair into a short style, like a pixie almost and I'm not sure how to go about it so that it goes with my face without butchering my hair entirely.

I love this cut. or maybe get a cut that has layers so it gives it texture. I think that you would also look great with a side part. I hope this helps! <3.
