I'm looking for an all matte eyeshadow palette, I don't mind if its high end or not as long as its not chalky and it has a nice payoff :)

Sleek's ultra matte dark or bright palletes are crazy good! I got mine in England and it was around 8 pounds. Otherwise I have heard Paula's Choice and It Cosmetics have decent matte palletes, but they are both mostly more neautral shades and are high end.

You should check out stilas in the know eyeshadow palette the color are pigmented wearable and creamy.

TheBalm Meet Matt (e) and Meet Matt (e) Nude palettes are really amazing - I use the Nude one in basically every eye look. The shadows are really soft and blendable but don't blend away to nothing, and both have really good staple colors.

Each of the Sugarpill 4 Color Palettes are matte, except Cold Chemistry, and I love 'em.

I tried the it Cosmetics Naturally Palette and have swatches of it here, but I didn't love it.
