Long story short my shoes are too small so when I stop abruptly my toenail came up some bit but it's not even close to fully coming off. Only slightly did it rip off of the nail bed. But I have a lot of games and stuff to do but it hurts no matter what shoes I wear. I don't know what to do about it.

Put a band aid around it and wait until it completely falls off. If you cut it prematurely it could get infected.

I would give up the games, you will just hurt your nail even more.

If a nail plate comes off completely from the nail bed it will take about 10 months to grow back out. Carefully trim the nail plate down and watch for infections.
