I personally am madly in love with it for my very thick, VERY curly mixed race hair. It's very moisturizing, and it has a very delicious good enough to eat scent! It holds my tight curls and keeps them moisturized, as well as nicely defined! I truly do consider it a part of my holy grail regimen , I pair it with cantu Shea butter curl enhancing smoothie and my curls look amazing and full and lovely when I wear my hair out!

Awesome! do you think it'd be different for me since I don't have mixed race hair? it's just thick, long, & curly.

I don't think the mixed thing really affects it much! I said that just to give you more of an idea on my hair! It's fine but curly , does that make sense? I think it's a great product for my hair, I think it Has a legitimate potential to work for yours too!

I've got thick kinky curly african American hair and my hair didn't love it. It didn't do anything to my curls or retain moisture well for me. I prefer Miss Jessie's products for that.
