Yes. Just make sure your shoulders are covered while in church, & like Anery said pair it with a cardigan. It looks very sweet, which is exactly what you'd want. Very pretty :)

In my experience, it would not be appropriate because of the length. However, it varies from church to church. Maybe ask another member of your congregation what they think?
