Yes its a good one..you can pair it with a black jacket or cardigan..it would look good...

Yes. Just make sure your shoulders are covered while in church, & like Anery said pair it with a cardigan. It looks very sweet, which is exactly what you'd want. Very pretty :)

So it's okay if it's a little over the knee? Cause I'm scared it won't be appropriate o: and I don't have a black cardigan and also it's super hot where I live we'll be in the 100s ;-;

In my experience, it would not be appropriate because of the length. However, it varies from church to church. Maybe ask another member of your congregation what they think?
