I have oily skin, and no matter what I do...whenever I put gel eyeliner on it always transfers to the top of the lid and under my eye!!
I used Bobbi brown for like 2 years and now onto urban decay just for change and they both have done the same.
Any help? I use UDPP before I apply it anyways and a setting powder? 😩 what else can I do?!

Well you can try using setting sprays, but tbh I just started using liquids.

I would say to use a liquid liner, like the Kat Von D Tattoo one, on your top and for the bottom instead of using an eyeliner, gently wiggle a small wand at the base of your bottom lash line, this will give the look of fullness and look like you applied liner to the bottom, but it should actually stay put.

I sometimes have the same problem and I noticed that setting the gel eyeliner with a black eyeshadow really helps :)
