What is some good budget makeup such as foundation ( one that'd give a natural dewy finish), highlighter, bronzer, blush and setting powder?

Rimmel for foundation and powder, milani (debatable if it's a budget brand or not) for blushes/bronzers and liners, wet n wild fergie for highlighters (especially the new limited edition ones)

Revlon, Loreal, Rimmel, ELF, & Wet n Wild are all great & cheap brands. I've heard (but never tried) good things about Loreal's Lumi foundation. I like Cover Girl's bronzers. as for blush I would go with Rimmel for those :p

My favourites are the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation, ELF Baked Highlighter, NYX Blushes, ELF Silky Touch Blushes, and the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder ♡

WnW has a great highlighter , reserve your cabana as well as blushes, and ticket to Brazil bronzers! The blushes are VERY pigmented, so I suggest getting one of the two lighter colors because they are very build able. I'm not sure about foundation!

Loreal true match foundation, physician's formula bronzer, Loreal or milani blush, nyx highlighter, L'Oreal or Marcelle for a setting powder
