Hey ladies,
I got a full head of foils one week ago and I'm wanting to know how soon can I start using heat without stressing my hair? I know I can use it now but is it going to further damage my hair since it's only recently been bleached?
Thanks x

Usually my hair feels nicer when it's straightened, I'd say you'd e safe to start using heat now and if you don't already, use a protectant spray to avoid further damage. Just be sure to keep your ends conditioned and hydrated and all should go well :)
