I do heatless curls all the time! Thing is I do French braids. So you can ask someone to do it for you who does know how! The best thing that worked for me is to do it the morning before, not the night, so your curls settle in. Then before you go to bed, spray some hairspray. Go to bed. Then wake up, get ready, take our your braids, and I always get complements! I find that I get tighter longer lasting curls with 2 braids than just one.

Flexirods all the way! I use them on like a daily basis to keep my curls. You can buy them at Sally's (conair also sells them, called like spiral foam rollers or something) YouTube them. You can use on dry or wet hair. Loose or tight curls depending on the size of your roller and how many you put in. I find they look best with 2-6 on dry previously curled hair for me (my hair is really long) perfect uniform waves (wrap coiled like a curling wand) or ribbon curls (wrap flat)

I love pin curls! There is a tutorial by Kayleen melissa (or something like that) which has helped me a lot! It works pretty well, and she shows you how you can alter the way the curl comes out!

@kirsten that way also doesn't work very well unless you want extremely crimped hair.
