Just look for YouTube videos on line n it helps to know your eye shape cut crease is extremely difficult for hooded eye gals like me because there is no natural crease to help guide you - so just look on YouTube for cut crease tutorial for your specific eye shape.

Anyway a cut crease is a very bold look. if you think about it it is almost self explanatoryas well. You simply cut your crease using a shadow that contrasts well against the color on your lid. From your cut/line your color normally has a smooth well blended transition into a lighter color as it gets higher up on your eye. For more information or a more detailed description I would ask one of the mods, but basically remember that it needs to be clean and defined, as well as fitting to your eye shape.
Here is an example of one of my cut creases.
