I too would say invest in a good setting spray. I'm sorry but I can't recommend any US brands, I use and love the KIKO one but I know it's hard to find outside Europe.
Just out of curiosity, do you need this for the beach, a pool party or hot weather...? (you don't need to answer but it could help) &?if you feel confident enough, you can totally go without foundation!
Sorry but since I don't know the occasion, I just put it all out there :) hope it wasn't too overwhelming!

I would invest in a fixative spray, like the Ben Nye Final Seal, as opposed to setting sprays.
setting sprays simply cover your face in a gel coating to help remove that powdery look you can sometimes get, as well as adding a little staying power. fixative sprays actually adhere the makeup to your face :p

@ Kyra...besides Ben Nye can you name any others?
I have the NYX Matte setting spray and I can definitely see what you mean by having a "gel coating". I don't like that feeling
