Apple Cider Vinegar for clogged pores?

I get a bunch of clogged pores & oil plugs in my skin. I've research the topic "ACV for acne" throughly and I've come to a conclusion that using this "magic" poison as a toner diluting it 50:50 will clear up skin tremendously. The problem is that I don't have acne really, only a bunch of clogged pores & oil plugs I can't never seem to find a solution for. So I was wondering... Does using ACV as a toner will help dissapear or at least diminish this problem? Has anyone used ACV as a toner? As it helped with your skin?

Thank you!!:) I actually bought that Braggs one & I've been wanting to try it out but I'm scared it might burn my skin because I already use too many things on my skin. Should I just wash & tone with this & then just moisturize? :)
