I have really dry skin not like flakey but its still dry. I put lotion on it bit I don't think thats enough what else can I do?

They make special moisturizer at LUSH cosmetics. You can check it out online it has amazing skin products. They also have face masks that make a huge difference.

Try and use a natural face mask once or twice a week, I used to have REALLY dry skin and after doing this my skin has completely loved it. I personally love the Lush fresh face masks but they are a little pricey for using regularly, I know Dove and Nivea have a great range. :)
