I don't know but usually on labels it will have things that tell you like with aloe or something so check that out.

In my opinion, it's not a game changer. It's just an "accessory step" and extra. It's main purpose is to balance skin ph and you can honestly do that with a splash of cold water lol

I never used to use toner and then decided to use it and I used one of the top brand toners for a little while and went through and entire bottle and it honestly made zero difference to my skin. Safe to say, I no longer use a toner haha:) so no, you do not need to use toner.

It's not 100% necessary but I find that after I use a toner the extra makeup and dirt that I find on my cotton round is actually quite surprising. I use an alcohol free toner and moisturize afterwards
I also feel like my skin if more refreshed and it all together just feels cleaner and nicer :)
So you don't have to but I really like it

I love my toner! I use Mario badescu brand seaweed cleansing liquid lotion. Works amazing. Definitely reccomend.

I use Superdrugs own Green Tea Cleanser and Toner and it's amazing! it's amazing how much dirt and crap gets on your face throughout the day :)
