Any brand will work, or almost any brand, as most brands have products that cater to dry skin.

Now, for foundation I would say use the NAKED foundation from Urban Decay due to the color range. From your pictures it looks like you have facial masking like I do (aka your face is lighter in the center and darker around the edges) so you'll want to find a brand that carries shades for both of those colors (as you'll want to apply the lightest foundation to the lighter portion of your face and the darker foundation to the darker potion to a truly flawless look and not look like you're wearing a mask). Urban Decay is just my personal recommendation but any foundation with a wise color range will work as well.

For something to combat your dry skin and won't leave it feeling oily or greasy I use the bare minerals purely nourishing cream and I love love love it! It leaves my skin feeling super soft, smooth, and hydrated.
