Try using hair masks that can nourish the hair and speed up the growth. You can find them in sephora, ultra, lush cosmetics and online.

Do a hot oil treatment and hang your head upside down for a few minutes. I did it for two weeks and my hair grew and inch. Also, don't trim off split ends. If your hair seems like it's taking forever to grow its just because it grows to a certain point and breaks off. Only brush your hair with a wide toothed comb and use a minimal amount of heat :)

Cut off all damaged ends, do hair masks and use a leave in conditioner (ex. It's a 10)

Also stay away from heat tools as much as possible, if you do use them use a heat protectant.

Hair grows naturally, there's no such thing of miracle work. But, make sure not to use heat too much.

Cutting split ends doesn't do you justice, just let it grow until it get to the length you eanted to be in, than you can cut your split ends. @sarah.

I letted mines grow out, and my hair is still growing. I mean I know it's bad, but cutting split ends isn't always the solution. @renay.

Well what the problem is with damage is it'll keep breaking off, so you may grow 1/2 an inch but 1/4 of an inch gets broken off.

Hair doesn't grow from the ends, it grows from the roots, but take care of your ends anyway so they don't break or split more up the shaft.

Yeah, my hair grown when I had split ends though... Just put coconut oil on them to prevent from losing them..

Your hair will still grow with split ends, nobody said it wouldn't but for sure it slows it down and makes the integrity and worth of your hair go down the drain very quickly, the longer you have split ends, the shorter hour hair will be when you finally decide to cut it. Just trim that stuff, save cutting half of it off then regret not having a trim.

Try main and tail shampoo and conditioner it makes your hair grow fast they sell at at Sally's

^ don't try that, it was initially made for horses so the Ph levels are off for human hair, sure they sell it In a shop and claim people should use it but would you want to use horse shampoo and conditioner? I wouldn't. Also it'll give the effect of hair growth but it's really only the wax in the product weighing your hair down, don't reccomend it.

Mane and tail is soooo bad. I have really long hair and when I got out of the shower, my hair felt so heavy (heavier than usual) and the next day, my hair was filled with the left over waxy residue. My best friend owns 3 horses, and mane and tail is made for horses so she has it in her shower. The wax in the shampoo and conditioner seals the straw like hair of a horses actual "mane and tail"
