If You just woke up with them there they could be bed bug bites maybe? I would Google the picture.

Those look like bed bug bites. Wash your sheets, blankets and pillow cases ASAP.

See to me they look like hives. When I get hives (which is a lot) they look like that, I take an allergy pill and they go a away within an hour or two.
And bed bug bites would be much worse, more red and bigger. And you'd have them in more than one place.
Definitely go to a doctor. But I don't think they're bug bites. Looks more of a reaction

I actually had this happen before on my arm and thigh. They diagnosed it as ringworm but later said it wasn't ringworm and that they had no clue as to what it is.

I agree with looking like bug bites. Check your mattress, upholstery, and clothing for bedbugs, fleas, or ants. I would see a doctor just to be safe.

Clean your mattresses and other furniture (excluding wood), incase it is bed bugs. They don't look like hives in the slightest. Hives don't develop a white head, normally atleast.

I used to get those on my arm all the time. I forget what they're called but they aren't anything serious if I'm right and they just went away with some time and I also used a cream (ceraVe) to help the process go quicker.

I get these all the time on my arms and legs, they're just clogged pores. Essentially just body acne, you can get them on any part of your body. Just try to not itch them or mess with them, they'll go away soon enough. You can use your face wash on them to speed up the process as well.
