Also does this denim vest go with my Dress? I can't wear it w/o a jacket or something covering my back bc I have bacne. I'm going to wear this to a quinceanera (My first time, I'm not latina) what shoes would you recommend me to wear.

I would say a creamy white heel. Closed toe pumps would probably be a bit more formal.
The denim vest probably doesn't go with the occasion, it looks too casual.
I totally understand your issue tho, I dealt with it for a while and it definitely made me limited to what I could wear and feel comfortable.
Honestly, if that was your main concern you should've found a dress that made you feel confident as is so you wouldn't have to look for cover up issues.
Since you do need a cover up, maybe like a creamy scarf shall or a coral one?
Or maybe try to find an under tank with lace cut outs to cover up the back.
